Project Plan Submittal
Simple & Secure Project Plan Submissions
We are in the business of taking your project from the drawing board to life through the capable hands of responsive contractor bidders. Once submitted, your project plans will be available to our SBE member contractors for bidding, as well as posted to our Online Planroom.
Anyone can submit a project plan for free by completing our online project submittal form, or you can download our fillable PDF submittal form, and either email it to us along with your plan specs OR mailing us a hard copy to 1355 Hartnell Ave., Redding CA 96002. All hard copies are recycled after 30 days. If you would like your copies returned, please collect your documents within that time.

Golden State Plan Service
The Golden State Plan Service Network is a collaborative effort between 22 full service contractors associations and builders exchanges across California. Each builders exchange is focused on building up their region, searching for projects from private builders, public works projects, tenant improvements, new single and multi-family housing, and all phases of the construction industry.
